Salon Sustainability was founded by twins JC and Jacus Aucamp. JC himself is a salon owner and has been in the hair industry for more than 20 years. He has always been passionate about the environment as he is about hairdressing. “I began to notice just how much waste one salon produces,” he says. “And realised it was time to do something about it.”

Salon Sustainability can recycle up to 95% of your salon waste, from hair, colour and foils to PPE and even mannequin heads. They make things easy, too, by providing you with a recycling return box which is collected, taken away and managed for you.
