Zoom Meeting Recap: Desmond Murray

One of our last lockdown Zoom meetings featured Desmond Murray as special guest. Desmond is a multi award-winning hairdresser, who has also found huge success as a photographer in the industry – creating beautiful images which help other hairdressers win awards!

Desmond shared his career story with us, including lots of hilarious anecdotes and some brilliant insights into his time spent at Sassoon.

As well as talking hair, Desmond explained how he’d learnt about photography and successfully made a move into that side of the industry – including how his experience in hairdressing brings a new expertise to his photos.
