The Covid-19 Lockdown has caused havoc in all our lives and has created financial problems for many members. The FHA wanted to help you, our members, in some way and thanks to the support we have received from Wella, Indola, L’Oréal Professionnel and Matrix, it has been made possible to give every member two months of subscriptions absolutely free, to help ease the financial pressure.
How does it affect your payments?
Monthly Membership: Monthly Direct Debit payments will be paused for two months and then restarted. This is for your information only. There is nothing for you to do. This will be actioned by FHA head office. This means you will have two months free membership, which we hope will be of some help to you.
Annual Membership: Members who pay an annual subscription will have the renewal date extended by two months. This is for your information only. There is nothing for you to do. This will be actioned by FHA head office. This means you will have two months free membership which we hope will be of some help to you.
This will have no adverse effect on your insurance cover – it will be valid throughout.
This gesture applies to current members up to and including May 2020. It is a token of our appreciation as we want to help our loyal members at this very difficult time.
