With things almost back to normal, we caught up over Zoom to talk to members about the PPE and freelance hairdressers – the good, the bad, and the ugly!

We talked about mistakes we’ve all made and how to tackle them, the challenges of the new way of working and the positive changes we’ve made – as well as how we’ve navigated price changes and the success we’ve found with it.

We also covered the importance of skin testing – always essential, but increasingly so post-Covid and the apparent impact it has had on skin sensitivity.

Finally, we also talked about the upcoming return to education and the new sessions the FHA have planned. Watch this space!
