Join the Freelance Hairdressers’ Association to become part of a community of professional hairdressers, providing support, friendship and opportunities.

As a member, you’ll receive many benefits to support your business and creative development, and you’ll also receive bespoke public liability insurance as part of your membership package*.

To ensure high standards are maintained, membership is subject to meeting specific criteria. You will need to provide copies of your qualifications to a minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.

*If your current insurance is still valid at time of joining, you must provide details of the policy along with the expiry date. When your policy expires, you must notify us to activate your FHA insurance. Failure to do so means you will not be covered. If you prefer to keep your current provider, please update the office when your existing policy is renewed.
