✂️ Simple experiments that fit your real, busy life
✂️ You’re not alone – you’re with others who get it
✂️ Tools and resources you can use straight away to reduce feelings of stress and overwhelm

Shoshana Bloom ICF PCC

Shoshana specialises in overwhelm, burnout and imposter syndrome to help you (re)gain confidence, get unstuck and create your own stress reduction ‘toolbox’. She holds further coaching certifications in grief, loss and navigating change and is a clinical hypnotherapist.

Her Stress Mapping framework helps you understand your own patterns without blame or shame, so you can build strategies that actually work for your life. 

She approaches her clients with warmth and empathy and has supported people and companies on every continent other than Antarctica (although she coached one person running a marathon there so maybe that counts!)

She can’t wait to meet you and get started.
