This year saw the launch of a brand-new education programme exclusively for the FHA reps – Indola’s Blonde Pioneers. The FHA reps had in person and online education throughout the year learning all about the Indola #BlondeExpert range, including the new care range that launched this year. Including training days with global ambassadors Paddy McDougall & Andy Smith and UK Indola ambassador Abbey Jarrold, the programme covered everything from techniques to trends, product knowledge and social media training to give our reps all the knowledge they need to share with all members about all things Blonde Expert. From colour to care the reps learnt how to provide a holistic blonde service with Indola Blonde Expert, from in salon to retailing & maintaining client hair at home.
