Using the Allergy Alert Consultation and Colour Record Card
To use the consultation card for the first time or regular annual test use the questions on the Initial Allergy Alert Test. On following colour appointments it is advisable to repeat the questions. This will ensure you are aware of any changes in your clients situation that affect your decision to proceed with their colour application. Your results can be recorded in the right hand column.
Results must be kept on file for 6 years.
